How Contributions Work

Monthly Savings

Each month, your branch administrator records your subscription against your account. Your running balance accumulates over time, combining your carry-forward balance, current month's contribution, and any applicable dividends.

Emergency Fund

Alongside monthly savings, members contribute to a branch emergency fund. This fund covers urgent welfare needs and is tracked separately, with withdrawals recorded and your emergency balance updated accordingly.

All records are managed by the association's administration and updated monthly. Members can view their own records at any time through the member portal.

Membership

To join UAE, download the membership application form, complete all required details, and submit the signed form to your nearest branch chairman for review and registration.

Built on Trust

UAE's digital system is built with security and transparency at its core. Member records are protected, access is role-controlled, and every entry is traceable. Administrators manage records through a dedicated portal, and members can only view their own data — never anyone else's.

Role-based access

Superadmin, administration, and member accounts each have strictly controlled permissions.
